The Victorian Government has announced Regional Victoria will enter lockdown from 1pm Saturday, 21 August until 11.59pm Thursday, 2 September.
They have also announced changes to the construction industry in Regional Victoria in line with the Metro Melbourne restrictions however, there is no curfew within Regional Victoria.

Outdoor work related to building and construction has been added to the Authorised Provider and Authorised Worker list.
Services that operate solely outdoors where physical distancing can be maintained at all times are permitted for up to five people (with an additional supervisor) for businesses with an ABN:
A Small Business COVID Hardship Fund has also been announced to assist eligible small and medium businesses that have experienced a reduction in turnover of at least 70%.
The Fund will assist eligible small and medium businesses:
The program offers grants of $10,000 to eligible small and medium businesses, including employing and non-employing businesses. This program will allow more businesses who have previously not received support, to receive financial relief now.

From 11:59 Monday 9 August 2021, solo outdoor services are permitted where physical
distancing can be maintained.
This applies to businesses with an ABN providing the following services:
This means businesses with an ABN can resume an outdoor service in occupied premises in metropolitan Melbourne when it can be carried out by a single worker and physical distancing from occupants can be maintained at all times.
