The proceeding in the Federal Court commenced by SPASA Queensland, Victoria, South Australia & Western Australia against SPASA NSW has been resolved.
It has been agreed that SPASA Australia, whose members comprise SPASA Queensland, Victoria, South Australia & Western Australia will continue to operate under this name.
SPASA NSW, operating as the Swimming Pool & Spa Alliance (SPASA) will continue to operate under this name.
